Long and bushy swarf is broken up at a low rotating speed continuesly by the horizantal swarf shredder. Available for the carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium alloys, titanium, 1200 N/mm2 and higher tensile stregth alloys and easily mounted before swarf briquetting press and chip wringer. Swarf is fed through the upside part of the shredder. On the rotating mil and on the back wall of the shredder there are rechangable cutting tools. Swarf is cut into small pieces by this movement and at the bottom broken chips pass through an oscillating mesh via eccentric arm. Optionally, bar end separator can be added as an externally mounted unit.

Bar ends, any kind of tramp materials, cutting tools in the swarf after metal removing processes are separated through bar end separator. Aim is to prevent the harm of the cutting tools in a crusher or unbalance of the centrifuge. Bar end separators can be manufactured in accordance with the process requirements in very different types. Swarf is fed into the upper hopper of the bar end separator. Oscillating conveyor embeded on spring plates,working via eccentric movement that makes vibration. Swarf bundles moves forward with the vibration through the conveyor. Swarf goes through the other side of the osscillating conveyor with the aid of a blower, while the heavy parts goes down under the conveyor with gravity force. Thus, tramp parts are separated from the swarf Under the falling swarf, horizantal or vertical crushers can be placed.
