The production process of Desiccated Coconut starts with the selection of the coconut copra meat. After that, we clean and peel off the coconut meat from its shell. Then, it goes to the grating machine. Then, the coconut pulp enters to steam engine for sterilization process. Lastly, we dry the coconut pulp with the drying machine. Before we pack the finished goods, our team carefully inspect to ensure the quality of our desiccated coconut.
