Hybrid Wall System; a 10-15 mm thick glass fiber reinforced outer shell (GRC, precast concrete) developed for the surface heating and cooling system , produced in the desired form, color and texture, by filling 300 kg / m3 density, 16 cm thick foam concrete into this shell and inside the foam. It is a light composite facade cladding system consisting of embedded Dizayn PEX pipes with a diameter of 10 mm with oxygen barrier . With its hybrid wall system solutions , it provides buildings with an aesthetic appearance, heat and sound insulation and earthquake safety.
Glass fiber produced from very fine glass fibers, which is light, flexible and low cost, has high strength. Glass fibers increase the breaking and bending strength of the hybrid wall . It prevents or reduces cracks caused by thermal stresses on the panel due to external temperature differences. The fire resistance of the system increases as it has a melting point at 170oC, creates steam at high temperatures and this steam creates channels. The wall cavities in the developed Hybrid Wall system allow easy transportation of indoor installations. The Hybrid Wall system is a model of the interior wall and heating cooling system developed by Dizayn building solutions as a structural element. While the compact wall structure separates the spaces from each other, it allows the static loads of the building to be reduced. Thanks to the insulation layer inside the panel, heat losses that may occur behind the panel are prevented.
