The machine consists of a cylinder with a single or double fluffy shirt and a spiral placed inside. Product flow is 2 stages. First, the product is poured into the printed part of the cylindrical fluffy sheet, while the broken grains held in the hollows are poured into the spiralized pool and thrown out of the system, then the grain grains are kept in smaller diameter hollows, allowing the remaining long grains to be removed from the system. The slope of the cylinders and the openness of the collection groulier are mechanically adjusted. The machine moves with the reductor motor and belt pulley system. The fluffy sheet wrapped on the balls is selected according to the size of the product (wheat and barley).

the chassis is made of high platinum with load strength. It operates in an automatic position. Housing covers can be easily opened and closed. Powder-holding materials are used on the inner surface of the machine. The arm of the Waltz Balls is manufactured according to the conical bearing attached without a sleeve. The lifespan of waltz balls is long-lasting. Special air circulation ensures that the product does not rise to the outer surface of the waltz and cools down during the total operation. Yields above 65% can be achieved with a lower ash rate. It is more affordable thanks to the reduction of the screening area, the reduction of pneumatic suction, i.e. the air requirement by 12% and the material and energy savings arising from them. It saves 6.5% on all systems.
