Description

The machine consists of a cylinder with a single or double fluffy shirt and a spiral placed inside. Product flow is 2 stages. First, the product is poured into the printed part of the cylindrical fluffy sheet, while the broken grains held in the hollows are poured into the spiralized pool and thrown out of the system, then the grain grains are kept in smaller diameter hollows, allowing the remaining long grains to be removed from the system. The slope of the cylinders and the openness of the collection groulier are mechanically adjusted. The machine moves with the reductor motor and belt pulley system. The fluffy sheet wrapped on the balls is selected according to the size of the product (wheat and barley).

It is used to proportionately empty the goods collected in the filter. Products that are out of the system due to failure in grinding machines are brought back into production. Thanks to the circuit of the machine, goods are supplied at the desired speed.
